Welcome! The staff here at Top Notch look forward to helping all of our friends (customers) and family. Each customer has different needs, whether it be in-home consulting to plan a full fledge catered affair (Weddings, Bar-Mitzvahs) or just looking for a quick bite to nosh we can help. Our clientele rave about our Nova, Lox, Sturgeon, Whitefish, Lake Sturgeon, River sturgeon (we are one of the few stores in NY that carry it), Baked Salmon, and White Baked Salmon (also another one of our specialties). Our salads are truly "top notch." We have over 100 salads that we rotate each week. We always have over 40 different salads to choose from. Our food is so good that we find many clients often have tough time deciding what to chose, we always are happy to give our advice and provide samples. If the kosher dairy and parve selection was not enough, we also have a full kosher meat selection. Our head Chef studied at Cordon Blue in London and it shows in every delicious dish creates. Some regular customers that drive over 60 miles to have stock up on the top notch delicacies that we have been making for over 50 years. Our Corned Beef and Pastrami is like no other. Even our knishes are hand made on site. We offer turkey breast off the frame, that is the only way you can truly be sure that there are not any fillers or loads of preservatives in it. We prepare many unique and traditional meals. Take a look around our website, try some of our specials and please join our "E-mail Club." While our website uses today's technology many of our recipes have been handed down through numerous generations (The current owners have roots going back to The Hebrew National Deli in Brooklyn, NY). Of course everything is still made by hand, on premises, just like the old days. We considered automation & preprocessing, deciding against it. We just didn’t want to lower the quality our customers are used to. Maybe that’s why we were awarded the only four star kosher caterer/appetizer on Long Island by the American Kosher Food Association.
